Crowning Miss Soweto 2010 is set to rock Jozi’s world in a star studded line-up comprising of PROkid, LiquidDeep, RJ Benjamin, Pebbles and Deep Level in a stage performance choreographed by fashion guru and stage extraordinaire Somizi. -The show will also feature a power insert by ‘Praise Poet’, Masoja.

After many months of following the girls lives, voting them out and listening to their view as they define style, elegance and beauty, it is time to witness the CROWNING OF MISS SOWETO 2010. Channel O Music Video Awards 2010 – Vote and Win Big!

2010 Miss Soweto Finalists

Soweto is a place that signifies the meaning of freedom and serves as an icon of what can be achieved through perseverance and the belief that any living being has the right to be who they are without any prejudice.  Miss Soweto is an ambassador of that extraordinary legacy and even more so as a woman, because she is part of a struggle that has been raging for much, much longer. 

The highly anticipated 2010 Crowning Miss Soweto Reality show, proudly presented by MTN, is currently airing on Soweto TV (DSTV Channel 150) and has succeeded in introducing viewers to the lifestyle of being in the centre of one of the most cherished heritage townships in South Africa,  as part of the ongoing search for Soweto’s most beautiful and inspirational woman.

Viewers are encouraged to take part in the selection of Miss “SoAyobaWeto” by texting their favourite contestant’s name to 43045.
